Founder | Principal Growth and Strategy
Mark Rabin is a clean energy entrepreneur, climate tech advisor, and founder of Portable Electric, the company behind the Voltstack® e-Generator—an industry-leading alternative to gas and diesel generators. With over 20 years in the energy sector, Mark has led ventures spanning off-grid access, mobile power, and critical minerals. He’s currently President of CarbonIP, producing battery-grade graphite from trees, and co-hosts The Tie-In podcast on sustainability and innovation. With degrees in Earth Sciences, Energy Economics, and Innovation, Mark works at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and climate, advising startups and shaping the future of resilient, clean energy systems.


Phil Rabin
Technical Director | Software, Platform Architecture & Systems Engineering
Phil Rabin is a veteran engineering leader with deep expertise in building scalable, resilient platforms at global scale. He currently leads mobile and web engineering at SoFi, and previously spent nearly a decade at Uber, where he helped architect core systems for Uber Eats — one of the world’s most widely used apps.
At Future Harmonic Ventures, Phil advises on technical strategy across energy, infrastructure, and AI-driven systems. His experience designing high-availability platforms, optimizing system performance, and leading teams in fast-growth environments brings a critical edge to companies advancing next-generation energy technologies and American-made infrastructure.
